Four factors affect the budget: the video’s length, the complexity of the artistic direction, the number of versions—formats, languages, variations—and the level of support required. A quote must specify these elements as well as the approval steps.
Our 60-second offer for €2,590 (excluding tax)
The proposal submitted by Agence Motion is for a 60-second motion design video at €2,590 (excluding tax). It includes scriptwriting, storyboarding, art direction, animation, and sound design. The scope of work and deliverables are specified in the quote. Additional formats, languages, or versions are defined and priced as needed.
Revisions, timing and usage rights: what the quote specifies
Revisions are included prior to the approval of each stage, within the scope of the agreed-upon brief. Any change to the brief or the revision of a stage that has already been approved will be subject to an additional quote. The production schedule depends on the materials provided and the client’s approvals; the applicable timeline is that specified in the quote.
The usage rights, their duration and scope, as well as the terms for adapting the video, are defined in the quote and our Terms and Conditions of Sale. The Terms and Conditions generally provide for a two-year term of use, unless otherwise specified in the quote, and require a written agreement for any modifications. The flat-rate fee does not constitute an unlimited transfer of all rights.

Before requesting a quote, gather your key message, target audience, distribution channels, and timeline constraints. A video can help explain an offer; however, producing one does not guarantee a certain number of leads or sales.
