The indicative 21-day turnaround is confirmed in your quote. The schedule depends on receiving the necessary materials and your approvals. After a kickoff call, production updates are handled asynchronously, step by step.

The package covers a 60-second motion design video: script, storyboard, animation, voiceover, music and sound design. Your quote specifies the deliverables, formats, language, usage rights and schedule. Requests outside this scope require an additional quote.

Files are exported in the formats and resolutions specified in your quote, taking the agreed distribution channels into account. Versions for additional formats, languages or uses can be added through a separate quote.

Yes. We define the content and schedule of each video together. The quote specifies the number of videos, adaptations and graphic elements that can be reused to maintain visual consistency.

Motion design can show how something works, bring an interface to life or represent an abstract idea. Script, timing and imagery are developed together to make the explanation clearer. It complements the other content in your communications.

Our work involves defining the message, writing the script, choosing an art direction and building the animation. Production tools support those choices; proposals are discussed and approved with you.

Revisions are included before each stage is approved, within the agreed scope. Revisiting an approved stage or changing the brief requires an additional quote, as set out in the terms and conditions.

We work from your brand guidelines and the materials you provide. The art direction and storyboard present colour, typography and visual choices before animation, so you can approve them.

The video comes with a usage licence whose duration, channels and territory are specified in your quote. The terms and conditions generally provide for a two-year term, unless the quote states otherwise. Any modification or adaptation requires the service provider’s written consent.
